My Plan A

I have been working full time and making cookies part-time for almost three years.  I have decided to take a HUGE leap of faith to concentrate more on my kids and my cookies.  I honestly never thought this would be possible but I have to make a change before I am declared legally insane and I don't want to give up cookies.  My last day of full time work will be March 22nd. I am so excited and so scared at the same time! I have been at DePelchin Children's Center for 8 years so it will be a very big adjustment for me and my fam.  I get to stay at DePelchin and in child welfare but in a different role. I will be writing home studies on potential foster/adoptive families and facilitating parenting and divorce classes on a contract-type basis.  Eeeeeeekkkk!!!!

When I told my 6 year old, he was so excited!  He gets to be a "walker" for the first time ever.  I can't even imagine being able to pick my kiddo up from school everyday.  This means I will also have my two year old with me here at home while I am shelling out the cookies.  I guess we'll see how that will work. :)

It also means more cookie cuteness for you!!!  I have so many ideas and plans that I can't wait to put in place. I also have so many more things that I am excited to learn about cookie decorating.  A huge thanks to each of you who have ordered cookies from me, followed along on Facebook and stopped by here to check in.  It is because of YOU that I am able to make this my plan A.  XOXO

I can't have a post without cookie pics so here are some from this weekend.  Sweet and simple.
